Fights you want to see.
Capt. America (Steve Rodgers) vs. classic Deathstroke: The Terminator (Slade Wilson) (when these guys were in their prime, they were basically the ultimate human fighting machines. That would rock.
The 80's Avengers vs. pre-COIE Brainiac robot (and his skull ship) and Lex Luthor (in his power armor). Drawn by George Perez of course.
Darkseid vs. Infinity Gauntlet welding Thanos.
Batman vs. Taskmaster
I think Captain America would beat Deathstroke. Not at first. First Slade would beat Steve seven ways to Sunday. Then Cap would make it his mission to take him down. When it comes to planning, Batman is the only one that comes close to Cap.
Darkseid vs Thanos. I call Darkseid for two reasons.
A. Thanos is the universes biggest maschocist. He loves to be beat. The easier it is for him to win, the more he sabotauges himself.
B. Darkseid, while he has lost a few battles, is still fighting the same war. I really think that Darkseid is some dark shepard, leading his flock ( ei everyone) towards some sinister end. He shows up when they stray to far from his scheme, and goads them back to his path. If it means he takes a beating inorder to do so, its cool with him. He knows that some day he will have his anti life equations, so its ok what happens in the short term.
The Avengers vs Braniac Luther? Just think of this as The Avengers vs Korvac and Ultron. This is a tough one. I have to think.
