  A mass murderer who calls himself The Prince, has struck again.   He sent a letter to the NY Post claiming responciblity for the murder of 23 people at the Riverside Soup Kitchen in the Bronx.   Police say that 45 clients of the Homeless Shelter and Soup Kitchen were poisoned by the man.   According to his manifesto, all who can not contribute to society are to be removed.   He claims he will strike again.   Police have no clues  as to who the Prince may be.  Anyone with any information about the Prince is to contact the police immediatly.  A reward is being offered.

Homework Complete. Three and a half years after this was posted we have encountered The Prince.

He's not what you would have expected.....
