Challenge: Do You Know the Munchkin-Man?

Here's the challenge to end all challenges!!!

You start out with this character below. Give him any 3 powers from the rulebook--or 4 powers and 1 weakness--to make him as creatively powerful as you can imagine while still technically adhering to the V&V rules. Game on!!!

THE MUNCHKIN-MAN
Identity: Ozwald Owen
Sex: Male
Age: 19
Level: 1
Side: Good (in theory)

Weight: 190 lbs.

Strength: 10
Endurance: 10
Agility: 10
Intelligence: 10
Charisma: 10

Background: (American) Agriculture, Government/Bureaucracy.

I'll tell you the most broken (and obnoxious) combo that we've discovered (so I guess you can consider that we'll give this guy these two powers):

Ice Powers combined with any Heightened movement.

So let's go with Ice Powers and Heightened Speed.

For the third power, we can add either Size Change: Larger or Heightened Agility B.

Essentially what we discovered - by having a PC with both super heightened Agility (35ish), lots of movement (maybe a Speed Bonus?) and Ice Powers was that said character could effectively never be vulnerable to conventional, physical damage.

If they move quick enough (and often enough) and have enough movement to spare, then here's how it works.

They move, and dish out a bunch of damage.

Their opponent hits them for a monstrous blast.  For argument's sake, let's assume a massive, mega blast that does 50 points of damage!

So said character simply shrugs it off, as they Ice Armor goes from 100 to 50.

On their next move, they use 50" of their movement to bump it back up to 100, then they attack again.

Rinse, later, and repeat.    Shocked

If he is invisable (+1 to hit -1 to be hit) and striking from the side or behind (+2/+4) which turns it into 6 min/10 max on a D20 (and this doesn't count if he holds his attack and increases his chances to hit - due to his being invisable).

PLUS!!! He also gets multiple trys at it... he can just simply keep trying... it isn't like he is going to get hurt. He is an moving immovable object (LOL)... particularly if he rolled the max!! for Invulnerability...
God forbid he rolled high on his Hgt Speed!! compound a hit... with velocity... and he could do it as a full on ram attack (providing his invulnerability was sufficant enough)...
Bye Bye Bad Guy!

Unless, of course, he tries to turn low self-control into a truly munchkiny weakness, like so...

Low Self-Control: uncontrollably good aim give him +8 accuracy no matter what, which counts as a weakness because one day there might potentially be a threat that he can't to pretend to aim at miss but just, uncontrollably, can't help but hit!

Low Self-Control: can't hold back damage, allowing for an automatic 20 damage from each power blast--but because this is such a strong weakness, the power also prevents him from killing an opponent with the power.

Low Self-Control: his healing rate is os out of control that he automatically regenerates every turn WITHOUT having that power and without having to spend one action--which greatly limits his ability to keep a secret identity because other's will notice that he seems unnaturally resistant to harm.

Low Self-Control: when captured, his uncontrollable frustration causes his body to uncontrollably send a latent telepathic call for help and prompts his body to uncpntrollably teleport safely away.

You know, somethin' like that!

LOL - I've always gotten a chuckle out of the Low Self-Control: I can't hold back any damage, and am forced to do full hits (i.e., max. damage) every time!    Grin

t'be fair, I read the "can't hold back damage" weakness t/mean that you roll damage normally in battle BUT you can't hold back damage for special mundane purposes: no mood lighting ... only blinding flashes with Light Control; no ice cubes at parties, only 1d12 cubic feet of ice with Ice Control.

It'd fit the guy w'heightened strength who accidentally pulls doors off hinges, etc.,
