Water Breathing type B
Regeneration: Instead of healing at a faster rate, heals normally but can regrow limbs. But only when in ocean water.
Water Blast: As energy blast
Mutant Power: Causes the air under his feet to become/ act as a wave of water he can "surf" at a speed of up to 50" at a height of 2". Power cost 2. Can increase height up to 6" but loses all forward movement
Coral like rock body Natural Armor type A: 40 pnts
Prejudice: He is often described as an eco-terrorist.
He still has trouble understanding human Nature

Okay gents, if, and I repeat IF, things go the way I want them to, I'm going to be running an online one shot set in Empire City next month. Characters will be pre-gens of my creation, and it'll be limited to (5) slots, as I want to keep things moving at a decent pace. I'll post additional details as the date gets closer. I'll start posting info on the characters and the lead up over the next few days. For those of you interested, it let me know.

Well folks, I finally got the chance to get a game going again, and it turned out okay. The plan is to run it semi-regularly. I'll keep you guys posted on how things are going.
