	I figured I'd start a thread listing all of the NPC's you guys have encountered, and will continue to encounter, during your adventures. Amber Green - Ace reporter for WECN Commander James Dunham - Empire City Office of Emergency Management Det. Nathan Jones - ECPD Major Crimes unit. Special Agent Banks - BSI Empire City Field Office SAC. Special Agent Harris - A psi-sensitive Special Agent assigned to BSI's ESPer unit. Special Agent Chelsea Woo - Empire City's BSI Special Response Team, Team Leader, and the team's new BSI liaison. "Mr. Smith" - BSI's new liaison with another, unnamed US government agency. He's got some history with The Machinist.

Weapons/Equipment: Glock 22 40. cal. pistol (use semi-auto pistols stats), ASP Baton (use large club stats), Rescue knife (folding blade, seat belt cutter, glass punch), 2 pair handcuffs, pepper spray (attacks as chemical power, 1" range, 2 charges, save vs END or all actions are at -4), Police Radio, smart phone, Concealable Soft Body Armor: Treat as Armor B: ADR=30. STR: 14 END: 15 AGL: 13 INT: 13 CHR: 14 Origin and Background: A Empire City native, Nathan spent four years in the US Air Force, as a Security Forces Airman, before attending college, on the GI Bill, and joining the ECPD as a patrolman. After only two years, he was assigned to a plain clothes crime suppression unit, where he wracked up an empressive arrest record, before moving over to MCU. Personality/Character Traits: Intelligent, level headed, and cool under pressure. He's the guy you want next to you when things go bad. Notes: Det. Jones is a police detective assigned to Empire City's Major Crimes Unit. The unit that specializes in "major events" (terrorist attacks, super-crimes, very high profile cases, etc.). He's been assigned to investigate the Protectors involvement with the events at the Carlyle Bank Building, and the death of reputed mob figure, Mario Leonetti.

	So far you've only encountered two of the many BSI Special Agents operating in Empire City. Special Agent Banks, and his partner, Special Agent Harris. Special Agent Banks - Lead BSI Agent Special Agent Harris - BSI ESPer unit member

	Oh boy ... those two look like trouble. If names indicate abilities it could be a long day. Better pack a lunch. (she's hot as a firecracker on the 4th of July though) Dom I don't know who the artist is but they did a great job. I think my favorite features are their facial expressions and hairstyles. I swear, honest injun This isn't the DarkStar you're looking for.

	There's a little info on Darkstar in the Empire City Source Book thread. As for Tandem, they've exhibited a number of psionic abilities.

	Psionics (grrr ... damn catch alls ) Janus - god of portals, doorways, etc. Screams Dimensional Traveller or Teleporter to me. Lilith - She doesn't look jewish but definite Babelonian features Too many possibilities to guess really but any birdie who patterns herself after a demoness is trouble in my books Cool characters Dom

Plus there is the fact that they've mixed it up with BSI, ECPD, and the Guardians (before they went missing).
