	Good day, all. I'm Cat Lord, but since we're all friends here, you can call me John. At 43 years, I suspect that I'm probably among the elite (as it were) here at the forums, but age is only a number. As my friend Masked Marvel is fond of saying, "It ain't the years; it's the mileage." I've been playing V&V since about 1982 and I have every module and supplement ever produced by FGU with the single exception of For the Great Good (and how I managed to miss that one I'll probably never know). I've run most of them at least once, and several more than once and under more than one system. Masked Marvel and I have built a campaign world that spans 30-some years of real time, all starting with ourselves as characters (like the book said). We've undergone numerous changes and metamorphosis and had our share of crisis, but we've always emerged triumphant. Most recently, we had decided to "reboot" our campaign, turning back the clock by 30 years and playing ourselves as high-schoolers once more, but this time set in the current year of 2010. Same general character idea, different time period, new look. We were going to use Mutants & Masterminds to play out this campaign, but with the re-release of V&V, well, it would be like going home again. So I'm available for discussions, friendly debates, or just sitting and swapping stories about the glory days. Oh, and if any of you are going to be anywhere near Biloxi, MS on March 11-13, 2011, you might want to stop in at CoastCon for a surprise.

	Yes, welcome! It sounds like you have lots of great memories and much to share with us. We look forward to you interacting here. I just turned 45 a few months ago, so you're definitely not the oldest one here (and I suspect there's a few older than myself as well).

	Sounds like a great idea (playing yourself as a teen in 2010...hmmm...) There are all sorts of possibilities with that... And I'm not quite in the 40 club (I turn 39 next tuesday).

	Well, perhaps not so old as I thought, then! Thank you for the warm welcome, and let me say, young or old, I'm glad to see that V&V still has a fair number of devoted fans. As for sharing stuff, I have plenty to go around. I'll start leaking it out to the boards bit by bit, but I'll start off with the most current game incarnation of myself. Look for it later this week.
