Blackbird is a villain I originally worked up for Gary Con. I found a kickass piece of artwork, by Storn Cook, that I thought was perfect for him and tossed that in as well. Let me know what you think of him, or if you spot any mistakes (typos, math, grammar, etc.).

Yeah, he was one of the villains I was working on for Gary Con, and I believe I mentioned him to you while we were working up characters. I found that pic the other day, and it just clicked, as the image is perfect for him. Hopefully someone will be able to get some use out of him.

He looks awesome, D.  The only thing I'd recommend changing would be to give his Darkness charges (being a device), rather than a Power cost.

There's a few minor typos in the written out sections, but nothing major.  Shoot me an editable copy if you like and I'd be glad to clean them up and fire it back to you.

That he would indeed!  Most could be made of plastic resins... but the electronics would still be metal likely unless some weird funky optical tech of some sort.

I originally made "Thunderbolt" as a character for Green Ronin's - Mutants and Masterminds and
his arch-enemy was none other than "Doc Otaku"...

Thunderbolt and 'Doc' fought several battles, it did not take long for the young super-genius to figure out Thunderbolt's weaknesses and try to exploit them.  While Thunderbolt saw the Boy Genius as a potential hero and kept trying to get him to give up his wicked ways and become a hero!

Thunderbolt sent him a message through an underground 'rogue' server site used by revolutionary deviants/metas by our definition and the DM 'Graciously' sent a reply! lol!

Hey Dom.

Fine looking villain. Bravo!

Have you checked out Magpie from Mercenaries? Back when she was a villain, she used to go under the name of Black Bird, but now that she's reformed, she's goes under the name of Magpie... but the crimes done by this female Black bird are still outstanding. Could that be more people after this poor guy?

My point, and I do have one, is that if you get BB published, I suggest you refer to Magpie somewhere in your origin. Birds of a feather, and what not...
