Psionics: Sensory Deprivation: The victim’s sensory impulses are prevented from reaching his brain, effectively making him deaf and blind, as well as losing his ability to smell, taste, and feel. All movement is treated as though the character were affected by Darkness Control. Powers/Skills/Abilities that are sense dependent become completely ineffective. All actions are at -4, in addition to losing any bonuses granted by such senses. Attacks as Mind Control, Range (Actually Radius) = C inches, PR=8 per turn, Save vs. I or C (d100), whichever is higher to avoid effects. The maximum number of people/targets that can be affected = the character's CHR/3 + 1 per every 3 levels of experience.

Brutal.  How long does it last and what would the save be?

Oops...forgot to post PR, R, etc.

Attacks as Mind Control, Range (Actually Radius) = C inches, PR=8 per turn, Save vs. I or C, whichever is higher. The maximum number of people/targets that can be affected = the character's CHR/3 + 1 per every 3 levels of experience.

I'd also allow them to increase the effective range by 50% by increasing the PR cost to 16 points per turn. I'd be harsh on the the people affected, but the person using it wouldn't be able to keep it up for long without being exhausted from the effort.

Just out of curiosity, any of you tried using this in a game? If so, I could use a little feedback, as I'm thinking of playing with the PR cost.

Bumping this up as I've got a villain that will be using it.
