Deflection: The character is capable of deflecting physical and/or energy based attacks away from himself. The character is capable of deflecting a maximum of AGL/3 number of attacks each turn. To successfully block the attack the character must save vs. AGL on a d20. For each successive attempt to deflect an attack, during the same turn, the character receives a -1 to their dice roll. GMs may also wish to allow characters to use this power at a distance (exp. Capt. America’s shield). Deflecting an attack costs only movement. Acting out of turn costs the standard PR of 2 per each attempt.

I made a slight modification to the write-up. I'm also considering making characters use an action to deflect incoming attacks.
