I finally picked up a copy the other day.  Just realized I should post it here.  Troll and Toad is a reputable company that I've bought from multiple times.  They have In Broad Daylight on clearance for 99 cents.

Probably just stock they coud not move. I couldn't pass at that price. They also have some other great stuff on clearance.
