Okay, I'm fully admitting that I'm being lazy here.  Has anyone collected the whole works of this into an organized volume so it can be read without going from thread to thread, post to post in the threads?

Yes and no. Certain parts have been gathered together into a source book.

I had been adding to the Empire City Sourcebook I have been collating... but I've probably missed a few of DSummer's changes and addenda - simply out of lack of drive or need to do so.  I'm usually a better note taker for active games which this one is not.. but I could probably pretty easily get mine up to date with a little effort and post it if you would like?  Nobody seemed all that interested in the stuff I uploaded so I kinda' got away from it.

I haven't read anything you posted that wasn't good...

I haven't been on as much as I'd like, Summer time, kids, my mom had a heart attack (she's OK now, not good, but better). 

Hard to get time to do what you enjoy when you're doing what you have to.
