Origin and Background: An orphan, a former pickpocket and petty thief, taken in by one of the "Fathers", she's worked her way up through the ranks to become one of the Jade Dragons Triad's top enforcers.

Combat Tactics/M.O.: She prefers to get in close, using her HTH abilities to their fullest. She prefers making special attacks to blind, stun, or disarm her appoints. She'll Usually evade, saving an action until it's most advantageous for her to strike. When she does, it will usually be from the sides or rear.

Personality/Character Traits: A bit of a flirt, she likes to use her looks to gain an advantage over men. She's grown used to living the good life, and enjoying the finer things the world has to offer.

Pretty rough girl. +21 with each HTH attack

Minimum 22 dam with each hit and a +22 to hit with HTH

Not a lot of hits but if she's going first she won't be worried as the opponents will already be shredded to pieces....

+15 doesn't suck either........

I like her. But i always have pb with inventions that are as powerful as a normal power :
Armor B =  SDR of75

And if you really want her to be specifically cat-related, you can remove the

She's a trained assassin, who has spent years training with various weapons, that likes to use a cat motif. But any particular reason you don't like the Heightened Expertise?

It's not i don't like Heightened Expertise
but :
A - I think she's powerful enough
B - The whole character is cat-related, and Heightened Expertise in this case is not. I would prefer an expertise on all her stuff (tails, claws etc..). I think that will suit her more.
But i can understand the background. And she's your character
