MW1 - Was good to see extremes and what was possible, but I find only about 1/3 of them are realistically usable in a campaign.

MW3 - Slightly less extreme than MW1... more usable.

Opponents Unlimited - Surprisingly useful because the author isn't just trying to make extremely dangerous villains.

Supercrooks and Criminals - All the usability of OU, without the super-silliness. This one is the winner.
