1. Heightened Expertise: +4 to hit with Sonic Abilities, Emotion Control, and Weather Control (rain only).
2. Sonic Abilities: d12 damage, PR = 1 per attack.
3. Emotion Control: radius attack, causes others to feel spellbound in his presence. PR = 8 per attempt.
4. Weather Control: see rulebook guidelines.
5. Willpower: PR = 1 per turn or per use as a defense.
6. Speed Bonus: +30 per turn swimming (especially in Lake Minnetonka).
7. Vehicle: Little Red Corvette.
8. Phobia/Psychosis: The Purple One is never satisfied (just like his mother) and too bold (just like his father).
