I've looked at some of the preview art, and it looks pretty good.

As I said before - that's awesome.

Congrats to James, Patrick and Larry on pulling this one together.

I'm intrigued.  Definitely.  But I don't own Supers and strongly prefer print to PDF for RPG publications.

What grabbed me initially was the cover art, which has, to me anyway, a 1990s sensibility that I don't see much anymore.  Pat Zircher art, too.  That's a 'name to conure with' for many of us with a long-standing interest in super hero RPGs and comic books.

But while i think I understand the concept of The Garrison, I'm not entirely clear whether it's "Omega File" (singular), as it seems to appear on the cover, or whether this is just the first of several "Omega Files" (plural), as the name appears in the title of this thread and in the title on RPG Now.  And if it is just the first in a series, what are the "Omega Files" I am wondering and is it all part of a broader 'world'?

(My apologies if this has all been answered somewhere else already, and I just haven't seen it.)

It's the first of a series that James is creating. Right now there are plans to release them for SUPERS, M&M 3e, and ICONS. If there's interest, V&V might be on that list as well.

For those of you who've been keeping track of this, a print version is going to be released shortly. The printer had to make a few minor corrections to the proof copy we ordered.

Ok, my mistake.  Please accept my apologies!

I just found out that this *can* be released for V&V and very likely will.  New Millennium Games has some kind of "3rd party publishing" rights for V&V.

So it won't get stuck in limbo like what seems to be happening at FGU with new stuff.

Thanks. If you pick a copy up, holler at James and let him know what you think of it.
