While I have you, I'd like to thank Joe Singleton for his art, James Bishop for his layout, and Scott Bizar/FGU for publishing.

I'd also like to thank Belinda, Graham, Katharine, Max, and William for taking the time to playtest various pieces of my WWII books over the past year.
