Frank Garcia stumbled on a grizzly scene Monday morning on his way to open his food stand in downtown Brooklyn. 

Someone had disemboweled, and suspended a man from wires.  The intestines were strung with Christmas lights in a spider web pattern in an alley way.

No one saw the incident.

What makes it more horrific is that it was signed in black sharpie,  The Murder Artist.

is this the beginning of a new, macabre, career?
