Psionics: Emotional Overload: The character has the ability releases all the target's emotions and subconscious feelings in one great flood. To escape this overwhelming onslaught emotions, the the target's mind 'switches off', rendering the individual unconscious as though struck with a Paralysis Ray attack. Normal wake up rules apply. Attacks as Mind Control. R=CHR inches. PR=8.
