My first V&V Character - Dark Angel

After much procrastination on my part, I finally put together a PDF for Dark Angel. As it's been over 35 years since I first worked him up, I don't recall his exact stats, with the exception of his Charisma, so I tossed in some that sounded about right. Power wise, he's accurate, and all his powers are as I rolled them. IIRC, I dropped either Death Touch or Chemical Powers, I don't recall exactly at this point. The artwork is courtesy of the ever talented Gregory Scott James. If you've got any questions, fire away, and I'll do my best to answer them.
