So, I just binged Alias: vol 1 (the comic) that was published way back in 2002, I think.

So, coincidentally, there's a tv series called Alias that came out a little bit prior starring Jennifer Garner.  I looked it up and it doesn't look anything like the comic.

But I also remember a tv series called Jessica Jones.  Is this similar to the comic?  Is it good?

I ask this because after watching John's Longbox review of the comic series "Resident Alien", I binged that comic series and was SORELY disappointed with th tv series.  I don't know who decided to have the "resident alien" kill the person he replaced in the tv series, but that was my stopping point.  I 'm not sure I even finished the first episode.  And I just don't want to endure another butchered tv series based on a comic.
