I haven't bought a new Marvel Comic, or DC for that matter, since 2015.   Its a shame really, as its the end of a 40 year habit.  I still love my old stuff, and re read them regularly.

They hire writers that show they have no love for the material, and wish to bend the characters so that they insert themselves, rather than bend themselves to serve the characters.

Oh well, the money I used to spend on comics is being spent on boardgames, and backissues.
