	Hello and howdy! I am new and looking to make some friends. I have not played V&V in years (don't ask, I'm not telling) Thought I'd post up and say some salutations. As a little side note, Avatar and I went to high school together and played V&V. I run another popular super hero system every other friday that he plays in. I won't be so callous as to mention it's name. But you only need d6's to play it.... 'Nuff for now! Enjoy true Believers!!!

	Greetings, all! I have been playing V&V since my youthful days of high school in 1983. My friends and I played ourselves as characters in high school, and the campaign was set in our home town. It was amazing how many supervillain attacks and galaxy-shaking events occurred in that quiet town! 'Masked Marvel' was my alter ego in the game. His main power was Transmutation (I thought Firestorm was cool at the time). He liked to do things like turn the bad guy's armor and weapons into cherry Jello. He also tried to turn a villain's costume into white phosphorus, but was overruled by my GM. For some reason, he wouldn't let me turn oxygen into cyanide, either... Anyway, glad to find a cool V&V board! MM

	Hey all! I'm good friends with Marshal Strong, who recommended this site as a cool place to talk comics. I haven't played V&V since the early 80's, but I've been reading comics steadily since my uncle bought me Amazing Spider-Man #166 back in 1977...hence, my handle. Originally from Long Island, NY but now living in Jacksonville, FL. Hope to see you all around the boards!

	Hey, John! Yes, I sure do remember you. Lots of good times back then before we all had to become responsible adults! It's cool that we still have our hobbies to keep us young at heart. "Marshal Strong" told me this was a good place to rap about comics, movies, TV, and all that junk I love in addition to the V&V component. I've been participating for quite a while on "Blammo!", the Marvel Masterworks message boards, but I wasn't aware of your site until now.

	Not sure about when I'll be back to NY. I was thinking about going up there for one of the big comic cons one of these years, since Marshal Strong comes down here every year to go to Orlando Megacon with me! We also have a pact that if Megadeth ever tours by themselves, I would come up to NY and we would go together. The only family I have left on LI is my brother and his family in Huntington. Other than that, everyone in my family has bugged out.

	Cool, my wife and I go to comic con every year since we've been married, its kind of "our thing". Let us know if you are coming down, or is it up? and by the way, that issue of Spiderman, with Stegron, I stole it from my cousin when he showed it to me when we were kids. I still have it. Woe was the kid back then that had a comic that I didn't have. I told him about it years later and he didn't even remember. Its all mine now BOYIEEE!

	Hi. I saw the Monkey House tag under the logo. Is it kosher to post about the classic modules B.M.H. (Before Monkey House). I read about people getting chewed out for saying they wanted to get products that weren't published by Monkey House on some forums or having their posts deleted. I didn't want to get called a traitor or a snark. What are the rules here?

But be warned you may get some backlash from some people (mostly just people having little temper tantrums..LOL). It's just the nature of the beast. You won't be deleted or have your posts deleted either. His biggest thing is we are all adults (well the high majority here are) and unless you use personal information to insult a person, everything is fine. Enjoy the board Ultra Malcolm!
