Ok  here is some thoughts on Johnny Blaze, Ghost Rider.

1. Heightened Aglity+8  ( he is a stunt driver)
2. Transformation; Power Activation:
       A. Body Power: Undead;
                    a. Constant Willpower
                    b. Lifesupport defence.
       B. Heightened Strength: +10
       C. Mutant Power: Hellfire; Pr=3 1d12 off of power as devitalization.  Carrier emotion control either fear or doubt.
       D. Vehicle:  Flame Motorcycle x2 to normal speed, plus it can drive on any surface, and on any angle.  It regenerates to full if Ghost Rider spends an action to replenish it or when it is called into being with his Hellfire.
       E. Prejudice:  No one likes you when you are undead.
