SAFEGUARD

Safeguard is the officially sanctioned US Government superteam I created for my Mutants and Masterminds campaign, a few years back. They were based out of Washington, D.C. with support bases in Nevada (Alpha Base), and NYC.

Actually Soldier is based on him. He's a character I created for my M&M campaign, as are the rest of these guys. I'm working on converting them over to V&V.
