Dunno if this forum is the right one but here goes..

I'm having issues with the refresh rates of this site. It's a little on the slow side. I'm just wondering if that's everyone's experience (or maybe it's my browser? I'm using Firefox).

actually my refresh rate is great... and I have dial up.
It hit the refresh button and it almost instantly refreshes it.

I'd say your browser.
Maybe you need to Defrag...

Well I'm not having any issues with any other sites but this one. I click and I leave that one to load for something else. I guess it's good for when I'm at work.. <smirk> I get more work done.

I'll look at the comp. It's been reloaded with a fresh install about a year ago and it's pretty clean. We'll see what gives.

I use Google Chrome at home and Internet Explorer at work and this site works great (refreshes instantly) at both.

I think it's a work-site related issue. The problem seemed to go away when I browsed from the main office.
