Self-Disintegration/Detonation ... Duplication

Here are two very different characters with very different forms of self-disruption.

Dr. DNA from Dawn of DNA
Chemical Power: Self-disintegration ability. Can consciously disrupt his own physical form, effectively ceasing to exist for 30 minutes. After that time he will automatically 'reintegrate' 3d10 yards from the original spot, consciously avoiding solid obstructions. PR = 8.

Organized Crimes features Detonator, whose Armor B includes this built-in feature:
Matter Detonator: When Detonator's left hand (negative energy) and his right hand (positive energy) make contact, an explosion is created. Radius = 2", PR = 50, 2d20 damage, attacks as power blast.

On a slightly related note, here are characters with body restoration/replacement abilities.

Dr. DNA
from Dawn of DNA
Body Power: Body-Change: Can switch bodies with any sentient creature within visual range. 75% chance of success; and if successful, Dr. DNA will find himself in control of his victim's body, including any physical and device-oriented superpowers he had, plus the Doctor retains all of his own powers. The victim may retain some mental/magical powers, but is otherwise trapped in the body of Dr. Lee Deline, a middle-aged and not particularly athletic male. Due to the 25% chance of failure (which would result in Dr. DNA's self-annihilation) he would never use this power except in a dire emergency.

Dowager from Search for the Sensei
Mutant Power (Replication): This is the process of duplicating oneself, much like cloning, at will. Each clone is connected by a telepathic link with the original. PR = 10 per clone.

The battle tactics section notes that creating one action is required to create a clone--but she can create up to four at once.

The Dragon of Juompur magazine adventure includes a character with a variant power of Revivication (self), allowing him the chance to return from the dead instead of having the ability to revive others.
