Thanks for posting her, DSumner!  It's been years since I've seen this one (it's one of the few V&V supplements or articles I don't have), and it's still fun to see it again.

She most definitely has an "80's" look to her, doesn't she?    Grin

I hated this character and yet I appreciated the way that Jack Herman noted the potential to abuse the system. He clearly had fun inventing this character.
