The Name Game.

  I think this would be a fun game.  Post a cool sounding name for an NPC and see how everyone would make him up.

I will start with 

The Stampede!

What powers would you give him or her?  Would he or she be a good guy?  Evil?

Lets have some fun.

I had two Stampedes.  Both were with the super team called Section 8, which were made of lame or crazy supervillains.  Not  Joker crazy, but  Daffy Duck crazy.

Stampede #1  had magic pajamas sewn by his gypsy witch grandmother.   On the PJs were patches of animals.   When Stampede felt frightened  he would run and all the patches became reall animals that ran with him.


The second Stampede had Mass Mind Control and made everyone around him save or run in the direction he pointed to.

Both were evil men.

I had a player named Aftershock.  He had two doses of vibratory powers (4d8!) and heightened aglity. He was pretty powerful.

Steadfast:  Invulerablity, Heightened Will, Heightened Strength.   A miltary based super hero like Captain America.  He is the heart and soul of his team and while not the leader, people look up to him ala Jay Garrick.

Evil has a metal band look and plays an electric guitar. When he plays he hypnotizes the crowd and has his cronies rob them. he can also use it to cause a mob riot

weakness  can only speak as a scream or shrill voice

Alpha Beam -- Android, Flight, Light Control, Mutant Power (change non-organic material into robotic animated servants - he can beam a part of his essence (Power) into these robotic animated servants). Favourite tactic is to fly above the melee and send in his animated drones.

Steadfast -- Heightened Endurance B, Heightened Strength B, Invulnerability, Regeneration, Mutant Power (If his feet are firmly planted on the ground/floor, he cannot be moved unless he wishes to move. While he is in his steadfast position, his Invulnerability is doubled).
