Back when the Justice League started branching off, Justice League: Europe, etc., I was wating for the Justice League Los Angeles (JLLA) in one of the comic versions of the team of the 90s.  Cheesy

Is it just me, or is it a little ironically suiting that Clark was raised in Smallville and that surviving inhabitants of his planet were shrunk down into the bottled city? Has Kandor made an appearance on Smallville yet? That would be kind of cool.

That's one of the main story lines this season.  Only in this version the Kandorians are actually a group of Kryptonian militants from Kandor whose genetic materials were taken and stored in a crystal, which was sent to Earth.  Jor-el modified their DNA to strip them of the powers they would have gained under the yellow sun.  They have all bowed allegiance to Kal-el in an attempt to get him to assist them in gaining the powers, they consider their birth right.

It's a little muddled and confusing as the Kandorans are trying to change Earth's yellow sun to red in an attempt to regain their powers, which I would think would actually only strip Kal-el of his...

Not sure on this, but it does kind of explain things since these are clones and not the actual Kandorans, however the change in Zod from previous seasons is jarring.  Must have been a change of writers, and I haven't really followed that.

Have to say I know John especially would really like this episode. I don't have a comic background but the episode intrigued me to possibly look into some of these characters. Anyway if you haven't seen it and want to, without commercials, here it is:

Yeah. I don't get to see those videos.. I'm from Canada and I haven't gone through the trouble of finding a decent proxy that's stationed in the US to get access to those videos.

I'm kind of bummed that I missed both the 'Super Friends' episode this season, as well as the Zatanna one (from this year).

I was a bit disappointed with "Absolute Justice", though parts of it were alright.

Overall Smallville has been a fun series.  I didn't get into the show until it was in year 4 or something, but I've been following it pretty consistently since.

I actually think I liked the earlier shows best.

Clark learning how to use his powers, it was Smallville back then, now it's like pre-superman. Smiley  Everything but the cape...

Yeah, and it's actually rare when they actually GO to Smallville (it all takes place in Metropolis).
