Unlike most games, in V&V Strength is proportional to your size/weight. So someone who is small but looks like Mr. America could have a very high strength. And someone who is very tall/broad and lifts much more than the average person due to their large size/weight might have only an average strength.

So, since Strength score in V&V reflects relative muscular (disregarding magic, devices, odd mutations), what Strength score is necessary to make a normal human look muscular to his or her peers?

You know, the kind of person who others can tell must work out and go to the gym regularly? I'm not talking about the most built person on the planet. But definitely someone who others would agree is well toned with a muscular physique?

Actually, if you take CC=bench press capacity, the strongest man in the world, who is 308 lbs can bench press a little over  1,000 pounds, which puts him in the 18 ST category.
