What Agility score is the begins to seem uncoordinated?

Everyone knows that a 3 agility is the opposite of dextrous. And 10.5 is average (when rolling 3d6). So what below-average Agility score is the beginning of the point when you would start to describe someone as uncoordinated/clumsy/etc.?

I wonder if the person who voted for 3 misunderstood how the poll is configured. That "starting" to appear clumsy moves downward from 10, not upward from 3.

The reason I choose 3 is the existence of "Reduced Agility" weakness.  If there were no modifiers to stat rolls then 8 would be below average.

I don't see these characters as clumsy, slow yes but uncoordinated no:

Characters with 8: Mammoth, Evergreen, Stigmata, Wonder Boy, Powerhouse, Sequoya, and Rising Sun

Characters with 7: Garbage Man, Scuz, and Yasunari Yamashito

Characters with 6: Bull and Komodo Dragon

Character with 5: Firefall

I can see these characters as clumsy and uncoordinated

Character with 3: Armada

Characters with 2: Mountain Man, Kraken, Terra-Rizer, and Mongo 

Character with 1: Kiloton

But that is just my opinion on who would be clumsy and uncoordinated.

Thanks for the analysis, Cougar! The rules are clear what the game-modifications are for each Agility score, but we get to interpret which subjective terms apply to those definitions. So it stands to reason that we might pick different scores. I like the way you use game examples to back up your opinion on the matter.
