John,

I may have missed it but how were you going to deal with Inheritor? Add waht type of Die roll?

I know you mentioned last night about making it a new random roll at the time of character creation. Any thought on making it a new skill? Having that much wealth can certainly be like a Power itself

Having a lot of money is like a power, unless you want to continue to have a lot of money, then it's a weakness as well.
Bruce Wayne does spend quite a bit of time on his business and rich-people obligations - time that could be spent chasing Joker et al...

There is also a difference between "Inheritance" and "Wealth". Inheritance is a one-time shot of cash and property. Wealth comes from a steady and fairly reliable income of money.

If you get inheritor, then you just add 2d10 to your wealth stat.

I was fiddling about with my calculator and I was thinking about this.

To get the rough idea of what  the wealth stat translates to, here is a rough idea.

(WxWxW)x1000

So the "average" person ( in the USA) has a W of 9.

(9x9x9)=729   729x1000=729,000

Now that sounds like a lot of money and it is, but we are talking about wealth, not cash.

So this number represents the totality of everything of value a character has, from money, saving, a house,  cars,  insurance,  schooling!, training, and yes, even contacts and networking.

I am scary, very, very scary.

Workable and very different from how you had it before with each Wealth point basically being twice as much as the previous point. The 9 average the way you have it seems to show current and past wealth. past wealth being education, skills and such.

Using Dick as I always do with a Wealth of 16 gives gives him a little over 4 million combined. Seems to make sense.

I forget what you had put down for the Inheritor bonus roll.

I like it
