Mr. GM said he would figure it out and let me know. I was thinking as Chemical Power, a damaging attack (of course Chemical Power attacks are PR= 8 per shot whereas the Venom is equal to his END). But we shall see what the GM decides.

No, it is cut and pasted from a notepad document I sent to our GM. The stats in parentheses show his stats after applying the modifiers for his super powers, so the GM would know what his original stats were.
