Going to bed now, at 5 to midnight. I played a six hour game of Divine Right that was fun until the last turn. Then the Ref let a guy go back and re do something that caused me a chance at winning. I didn't want to be dick and argue, but I feel once you declare your turn to be over, you shouldn't be able to say, Oh I forgot to do that, can you hand me back the dice so I can mess up your chance to win... Don't declare your turn over, till its over!!!!
And we played V&V and Majestic ran the game. I was very nervouse about being a "backseat driver". Maj asked me to help with some of the people that were new to the game. There was an older guy who sat next to me with a character that was almost exactly like mine. At first I was a bit ticked that my orginality was wiped out, but we kind of became a team within the team and it became fun.
Its also fun to see how other people play and what house rules they develope.
Then Majestic, his friend Tobin, and I sat up and talked past games, house rules, and V&V in general. That was my favorite part of the day. We made plans to have them play their characters with me using my house rules against a bunch of villains. That should be fun.
Oh, and they are going to take me to breakfast tomorrow, as this place doesn't start serving food till 11.
