Psionics: Sensory Overload: The victim’s sensory system is bombarded with so much information it overloads, and his brain shuts down. Unless they save vs. Intelligence (d100), the victim falls unconscious as though struck with a Paralysis Ray attack. Normal wakeup rolls apply. PR=8, R=CHR.

That is a good idea, and I have seen  it used in comics.

I would also give the victim an Id100 chance to learn and retain some vital information from the temporary super senses  when they wake up.

Kind of like a GM fiat or a not so obvious goad  for a future or current story.

I am scary, very, very scary.

I like it.  Also like the the information retaining idea.  Psionics can be a 2 way street.  I've started using props when I'm GMing as visual aids..... case example.... I've got a regular liason agent between the heroes and the local law enforcement... the know he's about to make an appearance when I don the leather jacket, stetsun hat, sunnies and start chewing gum....

I reckon this would be a cool power to simulate in both sound and vision by playing several different kinds of music at the same time along with a rapid 60's acid flashback type of screen saver!!!  Go Austin Powers trip!!!
