BSI Time Line

1932 - The Bureau of Investigation, forerunner of the FBI, forms the Office of Paranormal Investigation.

1933 - OPI agents are called in to help investigate a series of what are at first to be a series of ritualistic killings, only to find that the perpetrators are members the Dark Circle, a group dedicated to the return of the other worldly horror known as He Who Has No Name. It would be far from their last encounter with the group.

1935 - The first few weeks of the year saw the Bureau’s OPI having its first of many encounters with the so called Servants of Set.

The Summer of 1935 saw the OPI investigating the suspicious death of a Kentucky State Trooper, only to stumble on a coven of witches. The incident was quietly hushed up, and a cover story of rouge moonshiners, with a grudge against the government, was issued to the press.
