Damage Transfer: By spending an action, the character has the ability to heal himself by transferring damage to another. The damage will be transferred in exactly the same form it was inflicted, so a burn on the character transferring the damage will become a burn on the target. Attacks as HTH, R=Touch, PR=2.

Power Transfer: By expending and action, the character has the ability to transfer Power to another. The maximum amount of Power that can be transferred per turn is = to the character's E score. R=Touch.

Pretty cool, but how does this transference take place? Do you need to be touching the other person etc?

Sorry, the Range for both should have been listed as Touch.
