Here's a variation of Bad Luck Powers that I've been toying with ...

Mutant Power: Bad Luck. Everyone in radius has -4 on rolls versus an ability score (e.g. rolling vs. Agility to avoid bumping into objects under Darkness Control, rolling vs. Endurance for wake-up rolls, rolling vs. Intelligence to break free of Mind Control). The character with this power suffers no penalties but is unable to turn off this power. Use the same guidelines for the range of Mind Control to establish the radius for Bad Luck. PR = 0.

Would be good if they could get close to the enemy, but the character's own teammates might not appreciate fighting side-by-side with them!
