To clarify, by a "new" nation I am thinking along the lines of nations that would be on an ordinary map in the campaign world but that don't exist in our world.

Examples from comic books would include Latveria (Dr. Doom) or Wakanda (Black Panther) or even the "nation" of Quebec (which had separated from Canada in the Silver/Bronze Age version of Earth 2).

I would not include lost/hidden civilizations like Atlantis, though.

So far none.  But I reserve the right to have supervillians cause civil wars in the future.

I am scary, very, very scary.

Other than a few "lost" civilizations, my game really only has the African nation of New Babylon, the former island of Madagascar now a haven for paranormals.  I've also got places like the nation of Malawi that's pretty similar to what it is in real life, with the major difference of it being run by a superpowered dictator, Leo the Lion.
