Sometimes, I find myself reading through the rules to refresh on something I have forgotten, sometimes for new ideas  (It's amazing what reading through the description of powers can suggest), and sometimes just for the helluvit.

So, I guess what I'm asking is:  Is it me?

Frequently re-read sections. Especially powers descriptions/explanations.  There are many powers I've never really used and have to re-learn.
