V&V 1st edition inserts needed

I bought a copy of original V&V from eBay and it did not come with the yellow inserts with the combat table and character sheet, or the errata. For $50 this kind of annoys me...anyway, I was wondering if someone could help me out with good scans of these items so I could make my own set. Thanks.
