The Scooby Snack doesn't have any inherent abilities in and of itself. It rostores Scooby and Shaggy to their normal (semi-adwquate) competency simply because they like the taste.

When Batman guest starred on the Scooby Doo show in the pre-Superfriends early 1970s, he had some Scooby snacks. BTW: Batman's utility belt will be ready for me to post very soon. It's taking a lot more research than I imagined.
