Make a Villain Challenges!

Here are the rules. Come up with a villain name and maybe even a brief origin and motif by selecting 4 powers and 1 weakness from the list below -- or dropping the weakness and picking only 3 powers.

Possible Powers:

Adaptation

Emotion Control: pick the emotion and whether the attack is on an individual target or a radius

Heightened Defense

Speed Bonus

Water Breathing: pick Type A or Type B

Possible Weakness:
Vulnerability: pick the type

Knowledge Areas: Business/Sales, Inheritor.

Emotion Control....This is hared to quantify but, people like him because he is a "Good Guy". No one will say a bad thing about him even as he screws them over in a business deal because 'surely it can't be his fault".

Powers:
1. Heightened Defense: -4 to be hit while conscious and mobile.
2. Speed Bonus: +100" Swimming.
3. Water Breathing: Type B:
4. Adaptation:
5. Vulnerability: Poisons: Due to his alien origins, poisons have 2x their normal effect on him.

Knowledge Areas: Business/Sales, Inheritor

Origin/Background: An alien pirate prince, who's ship crashed on earth. Originally from a water planet, he inherited his families vast pirate fleet.
