	Pre-Emptive Strike includes a limbo-like death-trap starring seven villains called the Primevils. But which of the Primevils is the most evil of them all?

	Wrack killed two guards, is super strong, his hands transform into morningstars, has an amazing agility, he poisons people, has a ton of HP and knows when your coming at him... It was close, I almost picked the light vampiric, mind controller Contessa, but her low HP don't make her much of a contender. Even if she attacked pedestrians for easy hits and HP. NOTE: One of my all time favorite villains s is from here. Soulburner. His invulnerability due to his willpower and his ability to manipulate emotions is very cool (plus I love LOVE Psycho Pirate). He worked with CRIME, Crushers, VILE and then settled into the Tarot Masters.

	Hermit I filled the Tarot ranks with only villains from the books. I love the Tarot Masters. A very unique foe group and filling the ranks was a challenge.

	I found it fun to fill the ranks of the Tarot Masters as well. In my game, Hermit was taken by Scuz (from Dawn of DNA). I almost went with Blonde Berserker, as she is quite nasty. But for pure evil, I had to go with Wrack.
