International Tabletop Gaming Day

Well, yesterday was apparently International Tabletop Gaming Day. I did not have time to get in much V&V (although I did make up a character for a guy in about 15 minutes - with my trusty solar calculator from 1986!

I figures I was all set, these guys meet up every Thursday for gaming. I have every other Friday off, so I'm all "You dudes wanna do V&V every other Thursday night"? And they're all "Yeah!" And I'm all "Cool! Let's do it." and they're all "cool!".

Then I found out my wife's new work schedule... Thursday nights... employment can be a mixed blessing...

Several people were curious/interested in V&V, and the Store owner at Raven's Nest Games in Marietta, GA, said he would be interested in carrying a couple of V&V books - so not a bad day. i even managed to get in two excellent games of "King of Tokyo".  Grin

Later.

If they have a web site, it must be legitimate!

Too bad I missed it. Haven't been able to get a group together since January.

I hosted an event at my local Pub.  It was the second one in two years.  Lots of fun.

I am scary, very, very scary.
