The Eldar (Provisional Name)

After giving my party their first brawny boss, i decided to create more of the psychic (and really strong) one for the next adventure

He's humanoid with a lot of weird traits: he's very tall with long and silky hair, his eyes cast an ultraviolet glow, with a peculiar black iris with the shape of Saturn's silhouette, at their center there's a white pupil that resembles a spotlight's reflection more than anything else.
The Eldar is very tall and with a reasonably builded physique (although very light and fragile, clearly with a different physionomy, he weighs only 120p), but tall is not the best way to describe him, long would be the most appropriate word (2,90 meters), like a Na'Vi more or less: he has a very large ribcage and shoulders (more or less double as a normal human being), very long arms, neck, legs and ears (pointy but almost horizontal, like in japanese manga/anime).
He has androgynous traits, but it's still recognizable as male.

He is not the typical evil character, but he thinks he's superior to any human being walking on earth, and consider almost every gesture directed to him as an insult.
His extremely powerful psionic abilities can melt a normal human being's mind, or shred his body to pieces, or even worse, bend his will: fueling his hate until he becomes a loose cannon.

Background: The Eldar is just an ancient creature that went to sleep an undefined amount of centuries ago, nobody knows if he belongs to another race, or anything.
He would pass as a mutated human, born with incredible powers and, apparently, the gift of immortality.
He's been awakened by the psychic wave released by the death of one of my party's characters (left the game) during his last act of heroism and sacrifice. He grows tired of being disturbed by humans, and decides to wreak havoc to their puny world.

Name: The Eldar            LVL: 8

Stats:                              Weight: 120p
STR - 12
END - 15                         HP: 20
AGI - 30                        Power Points: 135
INT - 42
CAR - 42

Initiative: +30

Telekinetic C.C. = 10570p (with my house rule)                        Mov. Rate: 57"
HTH DMG (TK) = 2d10+1d3+9

Detection: Obj: 30% / Danger: 34%
Reaction: Good: -8 / Evil: -8

Powers:
- Magic/Psionic Pwr: Heightened CHA B (+21)
- Magic/Psionic Pwr: Psionics (Mind Spike)
- Powers: Invulnerability (28)
- Magic/Psionic Pwr: Heightened INT B (+24)
- Magic/Psionic Pwr: Emotion Control (Hate)

Background Powers (Serendipitous Origin)
- Magic/Psionic Items: Special Weapon (polymorph mindstone)
- Magic/Psionic Pwr: Telepathy
- Magic/Psionic Pwr: Telekinesys (house rule)
- Psionics: Cage of Will

Weakness:
- Vulnerability (Gravity Control)

Mind Spike: Atks as Mind Control, deals damage directly to the opponent's mind: CHA/10 d6 of dmg (decimals don't count), chance to stun.
DC: Defendant's INT - Attacker's CHA reaction modifier (PR = 8)

Cage of Will: Atks as Devitalization Ray, reduces one of the opponent's stats of the Eldar's CHA reaction modifier (PR = 10)

Polymorph Mindstone: An object apparently made of liquid silver, it can assume any form it is required, but can't change his mass more than x2, at its center it's possible to glimpse some sort of violet stone casting an ultraviolet glow, which radiates from the metal sorrounding the core.

Effects: It is considered like a couple of bolas (+3/+1d3 dmg), range = CHA Mod x2

The pure damage of this weapon (1d3) is always subtracted to any result of a DC inflicted by it's owner, or added to any result it's owner has to surpass.
CHA replaces STR for the purpose of calculating PPs, the stone is worth additional 6 points, directly added to the owner's pool.

This weapon floats automatically around the Eldar, but to be thrown it's still required to make a TK attack (PR=1), then the weapon's damage is added to the TK HtH damage.

The Eldar is a very tough opponent that can withstand an entire party with his invulnerability (of psionic source obviously), and his capability to stun (and deal a lot of damage too) with his Mind Spikes, debuffing with Will Cage and Berserking members of the squad with Emotion Control, plus his telepathy grants him no maluses from flanking or attacking from behind, as long as his attempt to read an opponent's mind results succesful.
His only weakness is gravity control because of the fragile nature of his body.
A terrifying being that decided to rise above everyone else and make his superiority known to every living creature.

Since the media took over more and more aggressively the american lifestyle, people started to forget about us and our deeds, until we became legends, pure fantasy in their collective imagination...
