The King of All Tears

It seems we are not alone in this universe. There exist horrid beings of unimaginable natures. The King has been hinted at in legends and in forbidden books.
The oldest known reference to the King of All Tears was from a Latin Manuscript that quotes an ancient Babylonian scroll. Many of the book burnings in were an attempt by those in the know of destroying the spells needed to summon this evil being.
It seems the Church did not do as good a job as it thought. In May 1996, a cabal of warlocks and high ranking military men in the The Brotherhood of the Ram, performed the unspeakable ritual that put Earth in the path of the King of All Tears.
The Ancient being that calls it self Wargod, the leader of the Brotherhood of the Ram, cast the spell that attracted this unholy thing from frozen space. The only thing missing was the blood of 50 Gibborim, or "mighty men".
Knowing the barbaric nature of man, it was only a matter of time before the blood of 50 Gibborim flowed on the earth. In the meantime, Wargod attacked CHESS and was killed. Why such a powerful being would employ such poor tactics and for no good reason, is not known.
Well in the fall of 1997, the 50th metahuman died. This completed the conditions for the spell, and from out of the sky, came pouring a 400 foot pyramid of excrement. Buenas Aires was where it touched. From this pile of filth, came enormous tentacles, flaying and crushing everyone and everything in reach. Eyes burble and burst randomly over the wretched surface of this evil creature.
It is said that this being is a vampire. It drinks the emotions of the intelligent beings on the planet that it infests. All who can think are plagued with depression and sadness. One by one they commit suicide untill all that is left is a dead world. Only then will the King Of All Tears move on to the next hapless world.
The King has no intelligence, in that it can not be bargained with, reasoned with, nor persuaded. It feeds, and moves. Why did Wargod summon this being? Why did Wargod seemingly commit suicide? And how can anyone stop this godlike being?
For about fifty years,  Mr. Clean has worked behind the scenes to prepare the world to fight off the King Of All Tears.    As the King tried to devour all life on Earth  Mr Clean's machinations came true.  As CHESS Agents tired to stop the destruction caused by this primordial being of Chaos,  Mr Clean flew on the scene carring a granite football shaped rock.    From this rock, sprang out 5000 Paranormals.  This instant army was strong enough to force The King to touch the rock as to activate its space warping ability.    The King of All Tears was forced into the Hyperdimensional space within the Rock known as the Hidden City of Shamballa,  one of the Eight Hidden Cities.    Is this a permanent solution for or just a stop gap measure?    Time will tell
Mr Clean, earning his name as he cleaned up the mess of Infection and Insanity that was the King of All Tears, seemed to have tricked the Movian Empire into solving his little problem of what to do with the Warp Stone.    Sending an Imperial Dreadnaught to capture a team of rouge Movian Metas,  Mr Clean showed the Movians the Warp Stone and explaining to them what it was.  The team of Renegades sought refuge in Shamballa.  The Movians, a paranoid race, grow fearful of the popularity and the power of their metas.  After a period of time in the service their god Hala, they are permitted to join, in body and spirit with their god's holy avatar.  Unfortunately, this god's avatar takes the form of a super massive black hole.    The Renegades, learning the truth of this "honor", fled to Earth.
They were granted Asylum in Shamballa, along with thousands of other metas,  hidden from  anyone who may be looking.  Why Metas seem to hide is another story  for another day.      Learning about this hiding place,  the Movians came to destroy their fugitives, or the Earth.  Which ever was the easiest  for them.    Mr Clean,  freeing all the hidding Metas,  presented the Warp Stone to the Movians.  They took it back and reunited it with Hala,  never knowing that it contained not their Renegades, but the King of All Tears.
With this threat over, the aged Mr Clean went off to finally live in  solitude.
