A potential side effect of Cosmic Awareness is slipping into a trance for an indefinite amount of time (rules, p. 11). But the accelerated healing that takes place during a trance is so advantageous that I offer it as a substitute power in and of itself.

With this option, the character can choose to enter a psionic trance, focusing on health and well-being (rather than the vastness of the universe). In this meditative state, the character heals 6 Power Points each minute, and heals Hit Points per hour (instead of per day). The character can awaken from the trance at will.

Some sort of Healing Trance is a good idea.   Something to think about for a body power, mutation or something.
