	FGU isn't releasing any spoilers for Escape from the Micro-Universe. But here's a teaser that I've been announcing in advance about the upcoming adventure.... The local scientific community is abuzz. The city the heroes call home is slated to host this year's meeting of the Subatomic Physics Society (SPS). Scientists from around the globe will arrive to attend the annual, three-day event. The scheduled presenters include Yvonne Edmond (best known for theorizing that the standard universe splintered off from a subatomic dimension during the big bang), Luis Masso (who spent the last several years examining evidence that light trapped within black holes flows into a subatomic dimension), and Roy Newbeck (president of the Subatomic Physics Society). Next week I should have some additional news connected to the module!

	Here's some additional information that I can now share about Escape from the Micro-Universe. The module itself is actually two adventures in one: The core adventure and the sequel: Return to the Micro-Universe (set a short time thereafter). The main adventure runs 17 pages, the sequel runs 9 pages (or 26 pages altogether). My family and friends asked if there are also plans for Beneath the Micro-Universe, Battle for the Micro-Universe, Conuest for the Micro-Universe, Revenge of the Micro-Universe, The Micro-Universe Strikes Back, The Micro-Universe 3D, and The Micro-Universe vs. Jason and Freddie and Harry Potter.

	Well, AK has announced that in addition to Escape from the Micro Universe, FGU is also working on a Japanese/Manga themed release called Great Bridge, as well as finishing up the material for GIANT 2 & 3. Looks to be a good holiday season for V&V fans.

	And here's the latest update on what FGU's got in the pipeline. Quote: Giant No. 2: Danger In The Depths 1 Danger In The Depths 2 Escape From The Micro-Universe Return To The Micro-Universe Giant No. 3 (classics): Crisis at Crusader Citadel Most Wanted Vol 1 Death Duel with the Destroyers I just received/been paid for art, the manuscript for Vigilantes International from Ken Cliffe... it's a fat one that we think will be printed at around 64 pages on its own. I know that there is a new paid project in production called Great Bridge. It's a sourcebook of Japan/Manga archetypes done Most Wanted Style - sounds really cool, I'm looking forward to it. James Satter is approved for another manuscript that is a book similar to Alone Into The Night. I've been hammering out Poseidon Line in my spare time. And over at MHG, In Broad Daylight is on schedule for release on 12 Dec. Plus they're planning on releasing their own versions of Death Duel with the Destroyers and The Island of Doctor Apocolypse in 2011, as well as freebie by Stefan James at some point.

	I don't know if anybody's up for it (maybe I should do it), but I think it would be really helpful if somebody made a complete list of ALL of the stuff that's come out for V&V in the last year or so. So all of the freebies from FGU, the stuff that's come out as PDFs or Giants or PODs or whatever (including the freebie from MHG - Oil Pressure), so that we have them all in one place. I think if we saw all that's come out (in one list) it would be a great help to those trying to complete collections or make sure they didn't forget to pick up a particular item.

	Busted...! I fixed the list! Thanks! The Wheels Within Wheels is a spinner to generate random numbers. It's called a Tally Wheel. The same pdf file also contains blank counters, "flight stands" (put underneath counters to represent a character in flight), and a "good" counter box and "evil" counter box.

I might have to check it out again (though considering C.L.'s comment that made me LOL, I might not). For flying characters I usually grab clear drinking glasses (and put the counter/marker on top with the glass upside down). I've got different sizes of drinking glasses, from really small (shot glasses) up to really tall, so it works pretty well and gives a good 3-D feel already. Our markers might not be quite as good as the figures by Drosta/Duroon, but they give a great graphic representation of where everybody is at and what they're doing, as well as showing line of sight, ranges, facing, props, etc.

	The map problem is fixed already. I have had a chance to give it a quick read through and have to say looks like a fun adventure for an evenings session. The system for generating your own BEM's looks promising, as someone else stated on the MHG forum, it might be better with different formatting though. Regardless it is a nice section for generating your own alien races.

	This is sure a great time to be a fan of V&V! It may sound silly, but one of the most exciting moments in my life was one day in the mid 80's, when I was driving home from a game store where I had just found (and purchased) a ton of (previously unknown to me) V&V modules. I was on a high better than one could get from drugs, excited to see all of these new (to me, anyway) adventures. I love reading through them almost as much as I do running them and/or playing them. Now we're entering an age with just about as many products! I'm currently reading through In Broad Daylight, just got GIANT #2 in the mail a few days ago, printed off Infinity Lounge last night, just got done running Into the Sub-Realm, have used Citizen Report recently, and there's a bunch of other stuff I haven't even mentioned. I'm looking forward to running Enter the Gene Pool and Escape from the Micro-Universe, as well as the two Danger in the Depths. Even if it all ended today, I've got enough new V&V stuff to last me years! Whoo-hoo!!!

	For those of you keeping track, in addition to MHG's latest freebie, The Infinity Lounge, FGU has announced it's got two more projects almost ready for release, the Weick brother's Enemies at Large & Ken Cliffe's Vigilantes International - http://www.fantasygamesunlimited.net From what I understand, Vigilantes International will be released as a PDF, then a stand alone print version will be following it. The previously announced Japanese themed "Great Bridge" is also nearing completion.
