At
http://superfriendstats.blogspot.com/ I posted Green Arrow and the Hawkcouple (who are much less powerful on the Super friends than anywhere else).
A handful of villains are on the site, but I may just let them slide.
The rest of the Legion of Doom falls into three categories:
1. Their powers basically mirror one of the Super Friends, just w/different stats: Bizarro, Sinestro, and Giganta (except that she sometimes appears extra bulky-strong at standard height).
2. They are super smart, like Lex Luther: Toyman and Brainaic. I could write up their stats, but it's starting to feel too much like a chore. Visually, I like both characters though. I realize he's a cartoon, but Brainiac had the best legs on a show full of people who all went around w/out wearing any pants: Samurai, Robin, Apache Chief, and sometimes Black Vulcan. Not to mention Wonder Woman and Hawkgirl. I liked this version of Toyman better than the standard version in the comics as well.
3. They have no discernable or consistent powers on the show: Riddler used explosives and disguise equipment in the Filmation episodes, but not on Super Friends. The fact that he feels compelled to leave behind riddles that coax heroes to follow his plans into a trap now and then just doesn't work very well in V&V. Scarecrow, meanwhile, controlled a flock of crows in one episode--and sometimes used other weapons/devices (just like all the other villains), but didn't have powers of his own on the show. Fear gas was not one of his powers. I can't tell if the animated character from the Legion of Doom episodes was supposed to be living straw. He sure seemed that way!
Finally, I've been trying to wrap my head around Mr. Mxyzptlk, but it's hard to put him into game terms. Unlike Gentleman Jim, no one even tries to hit the Fifth Dimensional imp. He essentially uses transmutation and solid energy creations, teleports and turns invisible, and sometimes sends heroes to other dimensions, until they trick him into saying his name backward. Becuase Mr. M. doesn't get tired or hurt, you really don't need game stats for him. Just have him do what he wants and make an intelligence save or det. hidden roll when the heroes come up w/a new way to prompt him to utter his backward-spelled name.
